If there is a mistake, damage or defect with your order, or you are dissatisfied with the quality of the product, please let us know within 30 days and we will do all we can to remedy this. This may be in the form of a replacement product, or in some cases full or partial refund.
If more than 30 days have passed since your order, we will not be able to offer a replacement, exchange or refund.
