If there is a defect with the product your receive due to damage caused in transit, then simply provide photos and we can remedy this with a replacement.
We are unable to accept returns for incorrect input of details when placing an order.
If you are dissatisfied with your order, then we do offer a full refund when products are returned within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us for further details. Planets In Time does not cover the cost of shipping returns.
If more than 30 days have passed since your order, we will not be able to offer a replacement, exchange or refund.
